Our Refund Commitment
KreditVerse wants customers, schools, organizations, and learners to understand the terms before purchasing. Because our services may include digital access, platform licenses, virtual learning programs, AI tools, hardware bundles, and custom implementation, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.
1. Refund Policy Overview
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, whether access has already been granted, whether hardware has shipped, whether implementation work has begun, and whether a separate written agreement applies.
If your organization has signed a separate agreement, purchase order, school contract, license agreement, or service agreement with KreditVerse, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement will control.
2. Digital Products and Platform Access
Purchases that include digital platform access, online curriculum, AI tutoring, simulations, licenses, dashboards, downloadable content, or other digital services may be non-refundable once access has been activated or delivered.
If you believe access was granted in error or the service was not delivered as expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase or activation so we can review the issue.
3. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Subscription plans may be canceled according to the terms shown at checkout or in your agreement. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
- Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins.
- Annual subscriptions may be subject to the cancellation terms in the applicable agreement.
- Unused time, unused credits, or inactive use does not automatically qualify for a refund.
4. Hardware, VR Headsets, and Bundles
If your purchase includes hardware, VR headsets, accessories, Meta glasses, laptops, tablets, or bundled devices, refund eligibility may depend on product condition, shipping status, manufacturer rules, and whether the item has been opened, used, damaged, activated, or customized.
Hardware returns may be accepted only if approved by KreditVerse in writing. Returned items must be in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Shipping fees, setup fees, handling fees, and restocking fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved error or defect.
5. School, Organization, and Workforce Programs
Custom programs, school implementations, workforce training, onboarding, administrative setup, curriculum configuration, AI coaching setup, reporting dashboards, and partner deployments may involve planning and implementation work that begins before learners access the platform.
Fees for setup, onboarding, training, customization, consulting, implementation, or administrative configuration are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
6. Demo Bookings and Consultation Fees
If a consultation, demo, training session, or implementation call requires payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items may be non-refundable:
- Activated digital platform access or licenses.
- Completed or partially completed onboarding and implementation services.
- Custom curriculum, custom configuration, or custom development work.
- Used, damaged, opened, activated, or incomplete hardware returns.
- Shipping, handling, processing, setup, or restocking fees.
- Services already delivered or consumed.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect physical item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue. Approved cases may qualify for replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation review, contact KreditVerse with your order number, purchase date, account email, organization name if applicable, and the reason for your request.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or purchasing institution.
11. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of platform access while the issue is reviewed.
12. Changes to This Refund Policy
KreditVerse may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our website, platform, or services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
